You may return your gnome for a refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to our mistake) within 10 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and notification are sent to you via email). All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Weird things sometimes happen, no biggie. Just send us an email or call us within 30 days of your shipment date to receive an RMA and arrange for the transportation of your damaged/defective gnome back to our specialists. We will happily refund your purchase or send you out a healthier little guy once we’ve received the damaged one in its original packaging.
If you ordered the wrong gnome, wrong size, or simply changed your mind
We will refund you for your purchase (less shipping expense) as long as the gnome is in “as-new” condition. When your returned gnome is received we will apply a credit to your card or give store credit in the form of a happy email gift certificate (store credit).
After you have received your RMA# please send the unloved gnome back to headquarters at the following address:
